1. Who you are dealing with

2. The service, and these terms

E3 Hunter is an online service for hunters. Some of it you can use without an account. You can create a free account — at no cost and with no time limit — to use more of it. Some parts require a paid subscription, on the terms below. What a paid subscription includes is shown to you before you commit. E3 Hunter is a digital service; there is no physical delivery.

These terms apply between RedKettle ("we", "us") and you as a consumer — a private individual using E3 Hunter outside your trade or profession. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory Danish consumer law. If any clause conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights win.

3. Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old to use E3 Hunter, with a free account or a paid subscription alike. We do not verify age — by creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for complying with the laws that apply to you as a hunter, including the firearms rules where you live. E3 Hunter is a record-keeping and education tool; it does not replace any legal register, permit, or training.

4. Payment

• The price of a paid subscription, and what it includes, are shown to you before you commit. The price shown at checkout is the total price, including VAT where applicable.

• Payment is by card, handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. A paid subscription renews automatically for further periods at the stated price until you cancel.

• If a payment fails we will tell you and may retry. If it stays outstanding, we may downgrade your account to the free account. Your stored data is not deleted because a payment fails.

5. Free trial

A paid subscription may start with a free trial. A free account needs no trial — it is already free. Where a trial is offered:

• it is available once per person, and needs no payment card to start;

• it converts to a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel first — if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing;

• we tell you before you sign up how long the trial lasts, the exact date of your first charge, the price, and how to cancel — and we remind you before the trial ends.

6. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret)

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). The period runs for 14 days from the day you enter into the paid subscription agreement.

• To withdraw, tell us unambiguously before the deadline — by email to contact@e3hunter.com, by cancelling in the app, or by using the form in the Appendix. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days expire.

• If you have already been charged when you validly withdraw, we refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

7. Cancelling

• You can cancel a paid subscription at any time in the app — the same place you signed up — with no notice period, phone call, or explanation. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep paid access until then. We do not refund partial periods. This does not affect your withdrawal right in section 6, or your statutory rights if the service is defective. Your account then reverts to the free account, and your stored data stays available.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use E3 Hunter for anything unlawful; not to probe, overload, or breach our systems, or access other users' data; not to share, resell, or redistribute your access or our content beyond your own personal use; and not to upload content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to respond.

9. Your content

Everything you store in E3 Hunter remains yours. You give us only the technical permission we need to host, store, back up, and display it to you as part of running the service. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using E3 Hunter at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and all your data by emailing contact@e3hunter.com, and we will delete it. Retention details are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep E3 Hunter available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, updates, and events outside our control cause downtime. We develop the service continuously and may change, add, or remove parts of it. If a change significantly reduces the value of a paid subscription, we will tell you in advance, you may cancel before it takes effect, and we will refund any prepaid period after that date on request. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the paid service entirely.

12. Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for gross negligence or intent, or your mandatory consumer rights regarding defective digital services.

• Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable losses that follow directly from our breach, and capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

• Hunting and shooting are inherently dangerous. E3 Hunter provides education and record-keeping tools. It does not replace proper training, safe firearm handling, or compliance with hunting and weapons law. Anything the service calculates or displays is an informational aid, not a safety guarantee. You remain solely responsible for your conduct in the field.

13. Complaints

If something is wrong, contact us first at contact@e3hunter.com — we want to fix it. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can complain to:

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes may be brought before the ordinary Danish courts. If you live in another EU country, your mandatory local consumer protections and your right to bring a case in your own country are unaffected.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. For material changes we will notify you, by email or in the app, at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you can cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance. The current version and its effective date are always available on e3hunter.com.

Appendix — Standard withdrawal information

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the agreement was entered into. To exercise the right, you must inform us — RedKettle, C/O Legaldesk.dk ApS, Njalsgade 21F, 2, 2300 København S, contact@e3hunter.com — of your decision in an unambiguous statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, and it will cost you nothing.
