Privacy Policy
Version v1-2026-07-29
Effective date: 2026-07-29
1. Who we are and how to reach us
RedKettle runs E3 Hunter and christiansaugmann.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Email us at that address about anything in this policy or anything to do with your data.
2. What we collect
Account data — what you give us to open and hold an account with us, and to let us contact you.
Content you store — whatever you choose to put into the app or send to us.
Technical and usage data — what your device and browser send when you visit our sites or use the app, and information about how they are used.
We collect only what we need for the purposes below. Some of it we need in order to give you an account and run the service; if you do not provide it, we cannot do that.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
| Why we use your data | Legal basis |
|---|---|
To open and run your account and provide the service you signed up for | Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) |
To send you email you asked to receive, and to use non-essential cookies and similar technologies | Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) |
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, find and fix faults, and improve what we offer | Our legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f) |
To meet obligations the law places on us, including keeping accounting records | Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) |
Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. Who else sees it
We use service providers who process personal data for us, under contract and only on our instructions. They cover things such as hosting and infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, error monitoring, security and abuse prevention, and payment processing. Ask us and we will send you the current list.
Beyond those providers, we share your data only where the law requires it — for example a court order or a lawful request from a Danish authority.
Some of our providers are outside the EEA, principally in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us and we will tell you which safeguard applies to a given transfer and how to get a copy of it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete it, along with the content stored with it.
Where the law requires us to keep records, we keep them for as long as the law requires. Accounting records, for example, must be kept for five years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven).
Everything else we keep only for as long as it is needed for the purpose we collected it for, and then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
correct data that is wrong or incomplete (Art. 16)
delete your data (Art. 17)
restrict how we use it (Art. 18)
give you the data you provided in a machine-readable format, or send it to someone else (Art. 20)
stop processing that we base on our legitimate interests (Art. 21)
withdraw consent you have given (Art. 7(3))
To use any of these rights, email contact@e3hunter.com. We will respond within one month, free of charge. If your request is complex we may need up to two months longer, and we will tell you within the first month if that happens.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency:
Datatilsynet
Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark

We would rather you came to us first, but you are free to go straight to them.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential ones load only if you consent, and you can change your choice at any time. Our Cookie Policy sets out what we use and how to change your choice.
8. Age
You must be 18 or over to use our services, on any plan. We do not verify age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 — tell us if you believe someone under 18 holds an account and we will remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy as the business changes. The current version is always on our websites, with its version label and effective date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
